We are looking to invest in companies with the following characteristics:

Value-added/speciality B2B suppliers and distributors (e.g. autoparts, building products, industrial supplies, MRO, food-service, healthcare/medical, electrical components, packaging etc)

Founder or family-led firms headquartered in Australia

Have an opportunity to grow revenues at >10% p.a.

Have enterprise values of $5-$50 million, and are cash generative with a track-record of profitability

Operate in product categories with durable and growing demand

Have relatively low supplier and customer concentration
