We are interested in investing in the following types of opportunity:

  • Distributors that require expansion capital to build-out their fulfilment network and digital capabilities

  • Distributors who are looking to develop and execute ambitious value creation plans to maximise value ahead of an upcoming exit event

  • Distributors whose owner is considering retiring, or who have one or more major shareholders that require an exit

We are looking to invest in companies with the following characteristics:

  • Value-added/speciality B2B suppliers and distributors (e.g. autoparts, building products, industrial supplies, MRO, food-service, healthcare/medical, electrical components, packaging etc)

  • Founder or family-led firms headquartered in Australia

  • Have an opportunity to grow revenues at >10% p.a.

  • Have enterprise values of $5-$50 million, and are cash generative with a track-record of profitability

  • Operate in product categories with durable and growing demand

  • Have relatively low supplier and customer concentration

  • Enjoy some form of meaningful competitive advantage
